How to reset your password

Follow the steps below to reset your eNeighbors Account password:

1. Go to http://www.eneighbors.com/password-reset/start
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Click "Submit"
4. Check your email inbox
5. Click the link provided in the password reset email to reset your password
6. Enter a new password
7. Re-type your new password to confirm
8. Click "Submit"

Your password will be reset and you will be signed in to your account automatically.

Note: If you can't remember the email address associated with your eNeighbors Account, please email us at support@eneighbors.com with your name and street address so we can locate your account.
