How can I add/remove an administrator?

To add an administrator:

  1. Sign in at www.eNeighbors.com
  2. Click "User Roles"
  3. Click "Add Administrator"
  4. Type the name of the person you wish to add (TIP: Last name is best). Hit "Enter".
  5. Check the box next to the name of the person you wish to add
  6. Click "Add"

To remove an administrator:

  1. Sign in at www.eNeighbors.com
  2. Click "User Roles"
  3. Click the trash can next to the admin you want to remove

 

You must be a property manager, board member, or administrator to add a new administrator.
