  1. Sign in at www.eNeighbors.com
  2. Click "Documents"
  3. Click the chain link icon next to the document you wish to share
  4. Copy the provided link
  5. Share the link with your neighbors (Example: You can email the link, or post a note on the Bulletin Board.)
