eNeighbors works with the most recent version of Internet Explorer. If you are using the most recent version of Internet Explorer but you receive a message that you need to upgrade your browser, then you may be using compatibility mode.

Follow the steps at http://www.howtogeek.com/128289/how-to-disable-compatibility-mode-in-internet-explorer/ to turn off compatibility mode in Internet Explorer and try to access eNeighbors again.
