Unfortunately, Internet Explorer 8 doesn't support modern web standards so many features of eNeighbors don't operate as expected when using IE 8. And, if you're running Windows XP, you can't upgrade to the current version of Internet Explorer.
If you're using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8) please consider installing a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Opera. Browsers are free and easy to install. To try a new browser, go to http://www.whatbrowser.org/. This will allow you to continue using Windows XP while enjoying the full functionality of eNeighbors and most other modern websites.
Please note that Microsoft has ended support for Windows XP as of April 8th, 2014, so you should also consider upgrading your operating system.
