How to sign up to receive text messages

If you'd like to receive urgent text message (SMS) alerts for your neighborhood please follow the steps below:

1. Go to your notification preferences page
2. Check the box that says, "When a new urgent Alert is posted"
3. Enter your phone number and click "OK"
4. Check your phone for our confirmation text message
5. Reply 'Yes' to confirm your subscription
