How to add a second account or email address

The process to sign up a second account is the same as the process that you followed to sign up your first account.

However, if you are signed in, you will need to sign out first, before you can sign up a new account.

 

From a computer:

Follow the steps below to sign up a new account on eNeighbors from a computer:

  1. IMPORTANT: If you are signed in to your current account, sign out.
  2. If you are not automatically redirected, go to www.eNeighbors.com
  3. Search for your home street address
  4. Select your street address from the list of suggestions
  5. Click the "Sign Up" button shown on the map
  6. Complete the form and click "Sign Up"
    • If you have an Invitation Code, check the box that says, "I have an Invitation Code" on the registration form, then enter your 6-digit Invitation Code. Invitations are typically sent in the mail as a way of validating your residency. If you do not have a code, access to your neighborhood website will be withheld temporarily until your residency can be verified by eNeighbors.
  7. Check your email inbox to confirm your email address.
    • Important: You will not have access to your account until your confirm your email address

 

From a mobile device:

Follow the steps below to sign up a new account on eNeighbors from a mobile device:

  1. IMPORTANT: If you are signed in to your current account, sign out.
  2. If you are not automatically redirected, go to www.eNeighbors.com
  3. Tap "Sign Up a New Account"
  4. Enter your street address
  5. Enter your Invite Code (optional)
  6. Tap "Join"
  7. Complete the form and click "Sign Up"
  8. Check your email inbox to confirm your email address.
    • Important: You will not have access to your account until your confirm your email address

 

Note: eNeighbors is currently limited to a select number of neighborhoods. If your neighborhood is not online yet you will not be able to register. Please be patient as we work to bring as many neighborhoods online as possible.
