The Section Called "Forms" Should Contain More than One Form

We should not be limited to just an Architectural Review Form. How about letting us create multiple forms and pick the questions (and whether they are responded to with text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, etc. -- the usual HTML/CSS stuff?
